Overall, the condo is in urgent need of repairs and updates. With better maintenance and improved customer service, this Positive: Location is convenient Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The condo was not ready at check-in, and we had to wait in the lobby until almost 5:00 PM. When we finally entered, the water heater was leaking, leaving a large puddle of water in the kitchen and hallway. While we understand that maintenance issues happen, no discount or compensation was offered for the inconvenience. The condo also has several maintenance issues that need immediate attention. The A/C only cools properly if the ceiling fans are running, and it is extremely loud. There was very little to no hot water throughout our stay. The refrigerator door does not seal correctly, so our food never stayed cold.
