Room and hotel were beautiful. The room was beachfront. Pool was beautiful. Got to watch the sunset and sunrise definite Positive: Property was beautiful, patio had a beautiful view to the beach Negative: Nothing we didn’t like, we loved it all

Great time, excellent unit/bed/bath/kitchen. Positive: Breakfast Restaurant was very good, nice selection, decent prices and very good quality. The steak restaurant was also very good, great menu, great service, great atmosphere and quick prep time. Quality was good - not great. Pools and hot tubs were clean, beautiful and easy access. beach was very nice. Convenience store was fantastic, better prices than OXXO and open 7am to 11pm. had everything we wanted! Negative: Had some horribly noisy neighbors.

Once access was gained my stay was very comfortable and the interior was tastefully decorated Positive: Excellent location, amenities Negative: Had an issue accessing the condo. The exterior screen door was locked and had a difficult time opening and convincing the management company that the screen door was locked. Had to have a locksmith come out to open the screen door and make new keys.
