Negative: The room was not as clean as other times and there was hair around and pee stains on the toilet that I had to clean. We also had to get maintenance because the door to the balcony did not lock but that was not an issue they came and fixed it

We had a great experience and we'll be booking here again.
Positive: Keyless entry, easy in and out. Security for entrance and privacy were excellent. The room we booked had a beautiful view, had everything we needed, beautifully furnished and a big balcony.
Negative: Restrooms from the pool area could have used more constan cleaning. A little extra attention goes a long way.
